The
Individual Retirement Plan offers individuals an opportunity
to save for retirement.
The
Trustees have engaged Mercer (N Z)
Limited to assist them with
the management of the Plan. Mercer is the world’s largest employee benefits
consultancy, which means members benefit from Mercer’s
global capabilities and world best-practice in service
and expertise that comes from managing superannuation on
behalf of half-a-million members in employer-based schemes
in Australasia alone.
The assets of the Individual Retirement Plan are invested in the Mercer Super Investment Trust. The trustee of the Mercer Super Investment Trust utilises six professional investment managers. Each manager was chosen for its expertise and recognised performance in their investment sector.
There are currently more than 2,600 IRP members benefiting
from the Individual Retirement Plan’s professional
management, proven performance and competitive fees.
